Those animals not on the List don’t need permitted by Beijing, some birds, Wild Boar, Roe Buck are huntable, which permitted by the local wildlife management authority.

Because there is very serious hunting firearm control policy, the local people lack hunting weapon. The predator has been poached by wire-snare in forest, Wild boar number increase fast， which give the local farmer a lot of damages on crop. So the government start allows harvest some.
